I was born in the Basque Country in 1980 and moved to Barcelona in 2004 to pursue a Master’s degree in Cinematography at ESCAC after earning a degree in Audiovisual Communication. There I started my career as a second camera assistant in film and advertising before focusing solely on cinematography.

In 2021, after working on several projects as a colorist, I completed a Master’s in Color Grading at ECAM to expand my knowledge and combine my two passions: cinematography and color. After a few years at Free Your Mind, I decided in 2025 to offer my services as a freelancer again.

I’m a BlackMagic Certified Trainer and have taught DaVinci Resolve color correction classes at several film schools since 2015 (ECAM, TAI, The Core School, EFTI, ESCAC, VOXEL, ECCBI, and UC3M).
