I was born in the Basque Country in 1980. I moved to Barcelona in 2004 to study a Master Degree in Cinematography at the Catalonian School of Cinema (ESCAC) after graduating in Audiovisual Communication. There I began my professional career as a second camera assistant in film and advertising, until I decided to dedicate myself exclusively to cinematography.

In 2021, after working on several projects as a colorist, I decided to study a Master Dregree in Color Grading at the Community of Madrid School of Cinema (ECAM) to expand my knowledge in this field and be able to work combining my two passions, cinematography and color.

I'm a BlackMagic Certified Trainer and, since 2015, I've taught DaVinci Resolve color correction classes at several film schools (TAI, The Core School, VOXEL, EFTI, ESCAC, ECCBI and UC3M).
